Ingredients 

For The Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • ½ cup Water

In The Pan:

  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes (red)
  • 1 medium-size Bell pepper (green )
  • 1 medium-size Bell pepper (red)
  • 2 tsp Ginger (grind)
  • 2 tsp Garlic (grind)
  • 4 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 medium-size Onion ( cubed )
  • as per taste Black pepper
  • as per taste Salt

For The Marination Of Chicken:

  • 500 grams Chicken breast meat
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic (minced )
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce (dark )
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Ginger (minced )
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Take the chicken breast off about 500 grams and cut them into small cubes using a cutter board and a knife.
  • Take a glass bowl, and add chicken pieces to it.
  • Now marinate the chicken by adding black pepper, salt, corn starch, soya sauce, and minced ginger garlic paste in a glass bowl.
  • After marination, let them aside for about 15 minutes so that the spices get penetrated well into the chicken.
  • Now take another bowl to make a sauce.
  • Take water in a bowl and add dark soya sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, and corn starch and stir them to mix well.
  • Take a non-stick pan and put it on a stove on a medium flame.
  • Add a minimal amount of oil to a pan.
  • In a pan, place the marinated chicken and cook it for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • After that, transfer, the cooked chicken to a bowl and set it aside for later use
  • Now again, put the pan on a stove.
  • Pour a minimal amount of oil into a pan. Add grated ginger and garlic paste and red chilli flakes.
  • Cook them for a few seconds.
  • Add onion cubes and green and red bell pepper to a pan and cook it for about 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Sprinkle salt and black pepper as a taste enhancer.
  • Now pour the prepared sauce into the pan containing the onion and pepper mixture and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Lastly, add cooked chicken to the pan and cook it for a minute.
  • A very juicy and saucy chicken is ready to serve. You can serve it with fried rice and nan roti as per your choice.
