Take 500 grams or 4 pieces of chicken boneless thigh pieces. Trim off the excess fat and clean the chicken thoroughly.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tsp. Of onion powder, 1 tsp. Garlic salt, 1tsp. White pepper, ½ tsp. Salt, ½ tsp. Baking powder and ½ tsp. Of brown sugar. Mix the spices well.

Marinate the chicken for 24 hours or at least 2 hours before cooking.

In a flat plate add 1 cup of flour, 2/3 cup of corn starch (flour), and prepared spice mix and mix well.
Add cooking oil in a deep cooking pan and heat it over medium-high heat for frying.
Take a chicken thigh to coat it with the flour spice mix, tap to remove excess flour, and add to hot oil for fry.
Fry the chicken over medium-high heat until golden brown. Rest the fried chicken on the cooling rack.
Place a grill pan on the stove over medium heat.
Divide the burger buns into half and toast it on the grill pan until golden brown.
