Firstly take a pan and sift the cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt as per the required quantity through the mesh strainer.
Whisk it well by using a hand mixer.
Add ½ sugar to it and whisk them well until everything is mixed correctly.
Pour whole cream milk in it slowly and whisk it until it gets combined well.
Turn on the stove on a medium flame.
Put the pan on the stove and stir it continuously for about 5 minutes until it starts boiling.
Now take a bowl containing dark chocolates.
When the liquid starts boiling, bubbles start to appear. Pour dark chocolates into the pan containing the pudding mixture and cook it until the chocolate gets melted completely.
Stir it continuously. Add heavy cream into the pan and stir it until everything gets mixed well and thickens the liquid mixture.
When it becomes thick, turn off the stove.
Remove the pan from the stove.
Add vanilla essence to the pan and mix them.
Now pour this pudding mixture into the serving bowl.
Let it cool at room temperature for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Please place it in a refrigerator for the whole night or about 3 to 4 hours.
Whipping cream is used as a topping for pudding.
The super yummy with heavenly chocolate flavour pudding is ready to serve.
You can serve it to your friends and family with some cookies and chocolates.
